We will be holding our Harvest Festival at The Blessed Mary Church next Friday which is the first experience Dormice Class (YrR) children will have of how we use the church. Please can you drop off at the church at the normal time – staff will be there to receive your children. Breakfast club will run as normal and we will walk those children up to church. If you would like to, you are welcome to stay and participate. It is an act of collective worship which means we are all invited to come together to join in.
As part of the service we will ask the children to bring up any gifts of food. Children in Year 5 and 6 have been doing some research this week and would like the gifts to go to Meon Valley Food Bank – see a letter from them below. IF you would like to send your child in with a food gift, they can just sit with it in the church.
