I am just getting ready to do the Joe Wickes workout this morning, I wonder what he will be dressed up as today!

Today is bank holiday Friday, which commemorates 75 years since the end of World War 2 in Europe.

There is also a lot  of coverage on the BBC too including coverage of the 2 minute silence at 11am and a special program about VE day at 2.45 this afternoon.
