In our assembly today (Monday 22 February) I described how the time of 'Lent' has started. This was a time Jesus spent 40 days alone in the wilderness and showed great perseverance to get through it - what a good example of something we all need at the moment. I gave you a challenge too, to try to do 5 nice, kind things or say something kind for those around you every day; our 'Five - a - day!' If you would like to have a go at this colouring sheet of a hand, it might help to remind you. You could even note down the five things you do it in the fingers.
