Can I tell the time using an analogue clock?

This week we are going to be telling the time using an analogue clock. I know that this topic is one where some children start off very confident and others need a lot of extra practice. Some of this learning will be revision and you might need to work at your own pace, revisiting different lessons to ensure you are confident.

In this lesson, if you need to watch the revision lesson about telling the time to the nearest quarter of an hour before the 2 videos about telling the time to the nearest 5 minutes. You might be able to go through this quickly or you might need lots of practice. The videos are saved below, watch the ones you need.

If you need to revise o clock, 1/4 past 1/2 past and 1/4 use the games on the website link.

If you are ready to, spend some time practising telling the time to the nearest 5 minutes on this website.

Choose the worksheet or worksheets that allows you to practise what you need to learn. Try to at least do the time to the nearest quarter of an hour today.

The worksheets and answers are saved below. As usual, do what you can.
