Our Lent & Easter Service was lovely this morning, of course the sunny warm weather helps. The children shared prayers, teachings and songs. Class 3 were particularly loud and energetic with their singing, especially during ‘Shine, Jesus Shine’ which was lovely to hear. We spoke about Lent and also Easter which is still some way off. Since we have one more week of Lent left, we have set the children one more challenge – to do something for someone else and make them happy. They will have all brought home a sticker in anticipation so can award themselves if they complete the challenge next week!
