Morning message 3rd February

It is Well being Wednesday on the Physical challenge today. You have to choose something that you enjoy doing. I think the rain is meant to stop later this afternoon, so I hope you are able to get outside to do something active. I will go for a walk later I hope! 

You also might like to think about some other things that you are looking forward to doing once lockdown is over.

I certainly miss going out on my boat, so that is top of my list, along with spending time with my Mum and Dad and friends who I can't visit at the moment. I am sure you can think of lots of things to look forward to as well.
