The children have been finding out about the value of each digit of numbers between 10 and 20 and have been using Numicon plates, ten frames and blocks to make different numbers.
The children had a fun packed day when we visited Longdown Activity Farm. The children were able to feed large goats and baby goats, as well as being able to hold chicks and guinea pigs, and they also collected eggs from chickens. This visit will give us a good base to start from to find out how farms are a vital part of our food supply chain.
