Can I find examples of descriptive language including adjectives and expanded noun phrases in the text?

 

Listen to Chapter 2 listening out for the descriptive vocabulary Roald Dahl uses to describe some of Mr Willy Wonka's inventions.

Reread this section above and find the description of each sweet. For example:

lovely blue birds' eggs with black spot on them.

Your next task is to invent your own amazing sweet for Mr Willy Wonka. Draw a picture, write an expanded noun phrase to describe it and think about what magical power it has.
