Morning all,

Well what a glorious start to the week yesterday wasn't it?  I was on the beach at Hill Head yesterday morning before 8.00 am for an early morning walk and we're going even earlier today as there were surprisingly quite a few people there at that time!  However, it was great to smell the sea and the sun was nice and hot and so back we are going this morning before the rush and the crowds.  I also made it into the pool in the garden yesterday and floated for a good couple of hours on and off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  

Enjoy the sunshine today.
