PE

Here is today's Feel Good Friday challenge. There's also a 'Spin the Bottle' game which you might want to play today or at some point over the weekend.

Maths

As it is Friday today, I have written some word problems for you to solve. All of the problems are linked to the work you have done this week on fossils and Mary Anning.

There are two options - one has hints about how to solve in case you find it difficult to know how to solve word problems. The other one has no hints. The questions are exactly the same though!

Choose the sheet which you feel is right for you. Solve the problems, record your answers in SENTENCES! And then check your answers using the answer sheet.

I've shown all my workings on the answer sheet in case you want to see how I solved them.

11.30am PE Live

Southampton Football Club will be doing another live PE lesson for you to join in with at home today. Your parents should have been sent the link for this on Parentmail. I hope you enjoy it.

English

It is Friday today, which means spelling test day! I have made a video of your spelling test for you to use. Remember that you can pause/replay this as many times as you need to. Or you can ask an adult to read the sentences out for you. Then check your work.

1.30pm Celebration Assembly Live

Mr Woolley will be holding his weekly celebration assembly today at 1.30pm on the Whole School Assembly link on Google Classroom. I'll be joining from home so hope to 'see' you there.

Cooking

Mrs Soley has planned two cooking activities for you today. You might want to choose one of these to make, or you might want to do both. They are both themed on ammonites - ammonite sandwiches or ammonite swiss roll (or both!).
