What an exciting visit Dormice (YrR) had on Monday – a huge tractor! They got to climb up into the cab and enjoyed trying to sit in the wheels! This helped compliment the learning about farms started earlier in the term and as a result of the experience lots of play around tractors has followed over the last few days. Our thanks to Steven Carpenter and Paula Purkiss for taking time out of work to bring the tractor over and talk to the children about how it is used. Squirrels (Yr1&2) also got to have a quick look at the end of the session and were very excited by how big it was.
