World Book Day

It is World Book Day next Thursday (5 March) and we are keen to have a dressing up day. If children would like to dress up (they don’t have to), they can pick a character from any book, film or story. Many children don’t like dressing up which is why we try not to do this sort of activity too often. There are lots of ideas online if you are struggling – especially on the world book day website! Please note there is no donation or money needed. Children will also bring home a book token on the day.

 

Please remember the costume needs to be suitable for a day at school – i.e. outside play / going to the toilet / weather etc
