Class 3 had a lovely ‘Ancient Egyptian Day’ on Tuesday. Many dressed up and they all had lots of fun. In the morning, they made a bread dough to make pitta-like flat breads and made their own humous. In the afternoon, they combined this with foods they had made for homework which they had brought in and had an Egyptian Feast! In this context, lots of children tried foods, fruits and vegetables they hadn’t had before which is always a positive step. Our thanks to everyone
