Classes 2 and 3 had a great time on their school trip on Wednesday to Hillier Gardens. Though they were both learning about plant growth, they enjoyed different workshops throughout the day. Class 3 explored flowers and processes of seed dispersal – being able to see plants from all over the world really helped them understand the process. Class 2 were exploring how plants grow and the conditions they need. These experiences are hugely motivating and help to bring learning alive, it is great that we are able to return to this important aspect of our school curriculum.
